The Divine Praises – A Meditation

A grace was given to a Crusade Prayer member by the Holy Spirit on Friday 10th Oct. 2014 . Her testimony is as follows:

“Today I received a grace that I haven’t received before. I have been touched before with these words, but not like today. I found it so difficult to control my tears. I went to Mass this morning, like I do every morning, and stayed for the hour adoration of the Blessed Sacrament after Mass. As the Blessed Sacrament was exposed, we all prayed:

The Divine Praises
Blessed be God.
Blessed be His Holy Name,
Blessed be Jesus Christ true God and true Man,
Blessed be the Name of Jesus,
Blessed be His Most Sacred Heart,
Blessed be His Most Precious Blood,
Blessed be Jesus in the most Holy Sacrament of the altar,
Blessed be the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete,
Blessed be the great Mother of God, Mary most Holy,
Blessed be her holy and Immaculate Conception,
Blessed be Her Glorious Assumption,
Blessed be the name of Mary, Virgin and Mother,
Blessed be St Joseph, her most chaste spouse,
Blessed be God in his angels and in His saints.

With every word that was said in the Divine Praises, it was like I had a vast knowledge of the meaning of every word in a split second. My heart was filled with so much gratitude to God for all he has blessed us with, that I could not contain my tears. As we progressed through the Divine Praises the feeling became more intense and more powerful as every word became so clear. I could see the images in my mind of every word and meaning. How I am so grateful to God, to Jesus, to the Holy Spirit, To Our Blessed Mother, to St. Joseph and to all the Angels and Saints. We should all be so grateful in God’s Divine Plan of giving us these precious gifts. They were all given to us so we can be with them in heaven and have everlasting happiness with them all. How God loves us so much that he gave his only Son to redeem us so we can have everlasting bliss.
I was crying so much after the Divine Praises I had a hard time containing myself after we finished. I stayed for a little while to try and stop crying after everyone had left.

Meditation on the Divine Praises:
Blessed be God – We should praise God as he is almighty, he is all powerful, he created all the earth, all the living things on this earth, he created the most intricate design and fragrance in the most beautiful flowers. He created the biggest animal in the world, to the smallest – a flea, even micro organisms in the garden. Everything has its own purpose of being created. A God and our loving Father who loves us so much and would do anything to save us. A God, who gave his only loving Son to redeem us. A God, who has no beginning and no end.

Blessed be His Holy Name – We should praise His name as it is all powerful it can shake the heavens. It is almighty above all names. We all should adore the most Holy Name. The name that created all things. It can move mountains. The most Holiest name of all. A Name above all names. A Name we should pray to each day.

Blessed be Jesus Christ True God and True Man – Jesus Christ he is the 2nd person of the Holy Trinity – He is God, all powerful. He was there at the beginning of creation with God the Father and God the Holy Spirit. He was conceived through the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. A human being just like us, in human form, but in His human nature without any sin. But he is also God, and he is Man. He feels pain and suffering like we do, but has the almighty power to heal the sick and resurrect from the dead with his almighty power, as he is God. He raised Himself from the dead after he gave all humans eternal life by giving His life as a human sacrifice for the sins of Adam and Eve that they committed and for all the sins of mankind. He did the reparation for us so we can be with Him in heaven. He opened heaven’s doors for the people that have been waiting for a long time – the people from the Old Testament.

Blessed be the Name of Jesus – Praise his Holy Name. This name can cast out devils from human being and put them into pigs, as it says in the bible. His name heals the sick. By this most powerful name you can do miracles. Saints have brought dead people back to life with this most Holy Name. Have made the cripple walk with this most Holy Name. It is an Almighty name. Pure and Holy. A name so Holy we should bow our head when we say His most Holy Name. The name of Jesus was given to Mary. This name was given to him by God the Father.

Blessed be His Most Sacred Heart – Praise His Most Sacred Heart, which was pierced by a lance because of the sins of the world. Praise the Heart that loves us so much that
He would do anything for us to be with him in eternal bliss. A Heart that bleeds with pain and sorrow to see the sins of the world. A heart that is broken because not many believe in Him. A Heart that weeps with sorry for the love He has lost – the lost souls that go to hell and for souls that do not believe in Him.

Blessed be His Most Precious Blood – Praised be His *28,430 drops of his Most Precious Blood that was lost during His crucifixion. Praise the Most Precious Blood that heals the sick, restores the blind, heals the deaf, heals the crippled. His Blood that is so powerful. His blood that converted the soldier that pieced Him with the lance, as a drop of blood fell on him. The Most Precious Blood that He sweated in the agony in the garden. The Precious Blood that He lost during his circumcision that Mary adored. *The Most Precious Blood that Mary wiped up off the rocks after his scourging. The most Precious Blood that is shed on every altar at every Mass, even though we cannot see it, but it is there. The wine that the priest consecrates during Mass, is Jesus’ most Precious Blood. We can’t see that either but it is there. It is changed from wine to His Most Precious Blood by God’s almighty power.

Blessed be The Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar – Praised be the Most Holy Sacrament that is given to us every day in Mass. Jesus gives Himself to us in this Most Precious Gift. The Crucifixion is relived each time the Mass. The Blessed Virgin Mary and all the choirs of angels and saints are present when the Most Holy Sacrament is on the Altar. The Holy Souls come also to venerate the Most Holy Sacrament. The Sacrament is Our Saviour to eternal life. It helps to make us strong in grace to fight temptation and sin. It is a precious gift Jesus has given us so we can love Him more and have peace and joy in our hearts. It brings us closer to him each time we receive it. We can help the Holy Souls if we offer our Mass and the Most Holy Sacrament for them. It is all powerful.

Blessed be the Holy Spirit the Paraclete – Praised be The Holy Spirit the Paraclete that sat on the head of Mary and the Apostles and gave them many special gifts and graces. They were able to stand firm and strong against their enemies as they preached and converted thousands each day. They became fearless because of the Holy Spirit. They gave their lives up to the enemies when they were captured with love in their hearts knowing that they will be with Jesus. Waiting to be united again with Jesus. They prayed for their enemies with strength from the Holy Spirit pleading to God to forgive them as they were dying.

Blessed be the great Mother of God, Mary most Holy
Blessed be her holy and Immaculate Conception
Blessed be Mary that she was conceived Immaculate without the stain of the Original sin that Adam and Eve committed. Blessed be Mary when she appeared to St. Bernadette and said she is the Immaculate Conception. Blessed be Mary in her Virginity, before birth, after birth -she stayed a Virgin, pure and holy. She is sinless.

Blessed be Her Glorious Assumption – Mary was so pure and holy, that she was assumed body and soul, into heaven..All the choirs of angels and saints rejoiced because their Queen came to join them in heaven. Blessed be Mary who was highly favoured by God and Jesus and neither of them could deny her anything. That is why we pray to her for her intercession as all her prayers are answered. She has a way with God, plus Jesus and Mary are inseparable.

Blessed be the Name of Mary, Virgin and Mother – Blessed be Mary as Archangel Gabriel came to Mary and said, “Hail Mary, full of Grace, The Lord is with thee.” St. Elizabeth, filled with thee Holy Spirit declared; “Blessed are you among women.” She is the most blessed human being of all mankind because she is full of grace and she is the Mother of God. She was chosen to be born from her mother Anne to whom God gave her this special child who would help redeem humanity. Mary’s love for her beloved son was beyond comprehension. It was so deep, that she suffered all the pain that Jesus did during his crucifixion. She feels his joys and sorrows. Their hearts are one. This is why we should pray to Mary as our intercessor to her beloved son as Jesus will always answer her prayers.

Blessed be St. Joseph her most chase spouse – Blessed be St Joseph, foster father of Jesus Christ who loved Jesus so much that God allowed him to die before Jesus, *as he would not be able to bear the pain of his crucifixion. A foster father that taught Jesus his carpentry and supported the family and took care of them. Blessed be St Joseph pillar of families. Guardian of Virgins, protector of the dying and of the Church. Joseph renowned offspring of David. Terror of demons. Joseph Blessed of the poor,*as he would (perhaps) give to the poor and go hungry himself.

Blessed be God in his angels and in His saints – Praise and Glory to God as he created all the Angels and the Saints to help us in this huge battle against evil. God gave everyone Guardian Angels so they can look after us and protect us on life’s journey. The angels can, through their intercession, heal us if we ask them. They protect us on the roads if we ask for their help. They are our intercessor for our intentions, just like the saints. The saints and holy angels know how hard it is to live on this earth. They are very powerful in their intercession .

There was so much more knowledge that I received in that few minutes of saying the Divine Praises. There was too much to write. It was really overwhelming. I really feel we should say the Divine Praises slowly and with deep meditation on each word as every word is so powerful and has so much meaning. We should say The Divine Praises as often as we can in gratitude to God for all the blessings he has given us.”
